Interval portion of Interval workout - 1.5 mi E, 4 x 800m, 4 x 200m w/ 400m R, 2 x 200m, 1.5 mi E
Running in lane 3 due to snow, and I miscalculated the 800's and Garmin says they were really .52 mi. So the times are rather encouraging. Warmer weather and less gear certainly helped. Started feeling some left quad pain on the 200's, so I went easy on the 2nd and stopped at only 2.
800's (.52 mi) - 2:36, 2:35, 2:33, 2:31
400's - 72, 71, 70, 70
200's - 33.9, 35.7
Easily the fastest paces I've hit since my Fall training. Maybe the 5k this weekend will go better than I thought.
