Tempo portion of Tempo workout - 4 mi E, 3 x 2 mi @ LT, 4 mi E
Was hoping to do 4 x 2 mi @ LT, but still not recovered from being sick. Today was better than Sunday, got a few decent miles in, but was starting to crash on 5 and 6, so went easy from there. Hopefully I'll be back to full strength soon.
