Marathon portion of Marathon pace workout - 4 mi E, 15 mi @ MP, 1 mi E

This was good. Felt a little slow on the first several, but the last 8 were essentially all under 6:00 pace (except the one I screwed up the water). Last 2 were faster, and although I was definitely tiring, felt like I could have ratcheted it up more if I wanted to. Definitely a good measuring stick workout, and it looks like my fitness has come around, and I'm where I hoped to be. Just need to get to the starting line healthy now, and catch some decent weather. I'm really happy - this could be a good one.
