The splits are off on this. The actual distance was around 5.1 and the average was closer to 8:30. I had to rush to cross the street at the West End intersection so my watch didn't have time to lock in. The 220 sucks if it doesn't lock in before you start. There is almost zero chance it will lock correctly during a run after that.
This one felt better than yesterday but I was still tired towards the end, especially coming back up Central. Still working back into things. The heat and humidity don't help.
