1 mile warmup then 2:00 on/1:00 off. My plan was to do these until I got back to Eakin giving myself a 1 mile cooldown. After 8 I had to walk. It was right before the Belmont hill and I was hurting too badly at that point to try to attack that hill. In retrospect I guess it went ok, but I was bummed to be breathing as hard as I was so early. I didn't really do any sort of active warmup. I just kind of launched into these, so that probably didn't help. I need to start working more pace work in, though. I feel like lately it's been easy, steady-state or progression.
