2 up; 2x2 miles w/3:00 recovery; 2:00 down. Good run for me. Tried to ease into the pace instead of attacking it so much like I did last week. First mile felt very smooth. Second mile got tough because of the hills going south on Trousdale and I was running into a nearly constant strong headwind. The 3:00 recovery felt very adequate and once I got rolling again the sub-6:00 pace felt very doable. Helped to be net downhill and with the wind on the 3rd mile. The 4th mile felt challenging toward the end, but I didn't feel completely drained. Very happy with this run.
