6x hill sprints on Overton. I feel weak. I feel like I should be able to handle more of these. The 6th one was really a consolation as things started to break down on the 5th. I had a minimum of 6 in my head so I did it anyway. It's not really my legs. I just start to feel really winded after just a few of these. I'm sure it mostly has to do with my lower volume, and not getting my long runs in. I really need to start to work those back in on the weekends.
