6x1k w/2:00 recovery. Pretty great workout for me. Perhaps one of my best speed workouts ever. I didn't do a proper warmup because I was short on time, so the first interval felt fast, but the rest really felt good. The 5:4x pace felt manageable for me once I settled into it. I pushed the last one and was winded at the end of it, but I finished the workout feeling really strong.
