~3 mile warmup w/3x30s strides. 8x hill sprints. Cooldown.

Ran these with Joe today. Warmup felt good. It was warmer today so didn't seem to take as long to get moving. The hill sprints were good for the most part, but after 3 I was feeling more tired than I thought I should be. I attributed that to doing these after 14 on Sunday. I wasn't sure how many I had in me so I was pleased that I was able to knock out 8 of them. I thought about doing more, but I could feel my form start to break down a bit on the 8th, so just figured that needed to be my last. Always look forward to the easy run after hill sprints.
