This workout honestly felt pretty easy. I had programmed the workout into the Garmin in case I couldn't do it on a track but I was able to sneak onto the Vandy track. The first thing that I noticed that I didn't like was that in "workout" mode on the Garmin it only shows you pace and distance so I couldn't see my split times. I hadn't really calculated in my head what pace I was going for so I ran more on feel than time. About halfway through the set I started feeling like they were just too easy, especially with the 100m walk b/t so I picked it up for the last 5. I finished breathing reasonably hard, but had tons left. I probably should have bumped the pace up sooner.

It was sleeting for the first 3/4 of this workout and then it started raining. Once the rain came it started to get really cold really fast. This was my first workout in the A5's and I loved them, but I didn't love their water resistant properties as my feet were pretty soaked by the time I got back to the office.
