Not sure what to call this run. It felt more like a progression based on the effort, but pace-wise it was closer to a steady-state. I hadn't run in four days, and I got rolling pretty quickly out of the gate. Wasn't really sure what to do so I just kept the turnover. I felt really good through 3 and then the hills on the greenway started catching up with me. The last mile was about all I could muster. I was completely toast at the end. Still had enough to jog back up Central, but it definitely became more of a workout that I thought it was going to be based on the first half.
