Best long run in a while. Aerobically this run was very smooth and easy. I actually had to put on the brakes a bit about halfway through because I could feel myself speeding up. The hills were pretty effortless today. Definitely could have done more, but wanted to keep myself in check. I could still feel my leg from time to time, but I had longer stretches of pain free running than I have had on a long run in a long while. Happy with the way this week turned out after the week off.
