Good workout. It's so hot right now that it's difficult to get motivated for any kind of workout. I did at least find a stretch on the greenway that is relatively flat and is mostly shaded. Haven't done ladders in a long time so I thought I'd give it a go. My first thought was to work up to a mile and then back down, but I don't think I would have made it past one round if I had done that. Pretty happy with the paces all things considered. I think the GPS sold me a bit short on a few of the intervals as well.
