About a 3 mile warmup with 4x strides mixed in then 8x hill sprints. 3 mile cooldown.

Ran this with Joe today. Felt pretty tired from the beginning and wasn't sure how the hills would feel. Ended up feeling better than I thought I would, especially doing 8 of them. I think the hill on Murphy is less steep than the hills I have been doing these on the past few weeks so that may have helped some. Even so, I was ready to be finished with them and I was definitely feeling the hills on the cooldown. I was ready to be finished with the run when it was over.
