3x1 mile repeats w/2:00 rest between. Overall I was happy with this one. I feel like most of my workouts lately haven't been great. I feel like I have been getting winded pretty quickly. This one started out feeling like it was going to be like that, but I hit a decent little stride towards the end of the first mile. The second mile felt good, but I was tired at the end of it. I wasn't sure how the third mile would or if I could even hold a decent pace for the whole thing. The first 800 kind of sucked, but I got into a rhythm after that and the last 800 felt better, although I was breathing hard at the end.

I know these paces aren't great. My fitness has definitely slipped in the last 6-9 months. I know it's a combination of lack of consistency and putting on about 10lbs. I'm really hoping that I can get into the 35-40 miles per week average. I think that will really help with the stamina on these workouts.
