Notes
12x400m w/equal-ish rest periods. I walked for the rest periods. This workout was good, but tough. I was tired from getting to bed late the past couple of nights. About halfway through I started doubting that I could get 12 in, but 10 felt pretty good so I went for it. Honestly I didn't feel completely dead at the end, but my legs felt very tired on the cooldown coming back up the hill and I was toast by the time I got back to the office. I think it's probably just a different gear than I'm used to, even if they were just 400s. It was a good workout, but it could have been better. I got a good feel for mid 5:30s, though.
On another note, I think I'm getting a flare up of my piriformis but on my left leg/glute this time which is really strange. I'm hoping I can jump on it with some pre-hab that took care of it on the other leg. I'm getting old.
