Hills were really tough today. I was actually feeling pretty good on the warmup, but my legs felt a little jelly-ish after the first one. It was strange. I felt strong, but immediately after the end of it my legs just felt a little wobbly. That didn't improve much over the next couple, and after 3 I was breathing really hard even after the recovery intervals. 5 was all I had, and then I had to deal with the tough climb back to the office.

I really enjoying doing the sprints on 23rd, but the hills on the way back make the cooldown pretty brutal. Still I think I like doing the sprints there over Murphy and the traffic.
