Notes

I'm not really sure what I was thinking, but this was kind of a stupid run. I started pretty peppy, and for some reason I just kept speeding up, at least through the first 3 miles. I was sort of thinking 7:15-7:30 and I felt like I was breathing pretty hard starting at mile 3. When I saw the split I realized why. I was breathing really hard coming back up Belmont. I was hurting to the point that I considered stopping early, but I kept the turnover going and got past the hills. The last 1.5 felt ok, but the whole thing was too fast.

On the bright side, the knees felt good afterwards. I tried the cho-pat brace on my left knee and there was no pain at all with that one post run. I felt just a tiny twinge on my right, but nothing bad at all. More core tonight to see if I can head whatever is left with that off.

Easy tomorrow!
