2.8 warmup w/3 strides. 7x hill sprints. 2.8 cooldown.
Ran this with Joe. Haven't done the hills in a few weeks. That plus the cold made these feel a little slow to start. I was going to call it at 6, but Joe said one more so I did one more. Leg felt ok. As I'm writing this it's bothering me and I'm thinking more and more that it's my sciatic nerve.
