1 mile warmup then 8x400 speed intervals. Jogged 400 between most of the intervals with the exception of b/t intervals 5 and 6. That half mile was all uphill and I didn't want to push it too much since this was my first semi-workout in a long time.
This felt really good to get the wheels moving for some decent stretches. If I can drag myself out of bed early in the morning my runs are so much better during the summer. Glad to be feeling better.
