6 easy w/6x30s strides. Kinda sucked. It was cold, windy, and then I hit a section on Belmont where it was snowing so hard that I could barely see. My leg was bothering me a bit as well, which I'm attributing to getting a little aggressive with the core work last night. I was glad to be done with this one.
