1 mile warmup; 3 mile tempo; 1.5 cooldown. This was tough. I really only made it 2.5, then walked for a minute, then ran another 0.4, then stopped for about 30 seconds for a light, then finished the last 0.1. I think I was tired from the week at the beach, and not getting great sleep. I have also done a fair amount of non-easy running, and today was hot.
