5x1m repeats. Took about 2 minutes of rest between each, except for the last one, which I jogged back towards home to make it right at a mile. This was a good workout. Coming off a short tempo on Tuesday and 8 miles yesterday I wasn't sure how my legs would feel. They started feeling a little fatigued on the 4th mile, but I was able to push through it. The last mile was tough with a good bit of it being uphill. Happy with the result today.
