2 sets of 600, 200 recovery, 400, 200 recovery, 300, 100 recovery, 200. I was really tired heading into this. I wanted 3 sets, but I would have died if I had tried it. I did the first two too fast as it is. All things considered with a tough workout on Monday, I'm happy with this.
