1 mile warmup and then 2:00 on/1:00 off. Very happy with this workout. I had no expectations on pace since this was really the first hard workout that I have done post-sickness. I really had to focus after the 6th interval because I had the climbs back up to Overton coming and I was breathing pretty hard. 7 and 8 were slower, but I kept the intensity up so I was ok with it.
