Belmont hills with Joe. Did x12. First interval was short.
Felt really good about this workout, especially considering the conditions (humidity in the upper 90s and dew point above 70). Based on some of my other interval workouts this summer, this one was a confidence booster.
My watch paces seemed a bit off. The first half were all reading a bit shorter on the distance. The second half seemed to be more in line. Here is a link to Joe's workout log, which I think is more accurate:
