6x800s w/90s rest between. I'm pretty happy with this workout. I wanted to get six in and the paces were actually pretty respectable. I was breathing hard pretty early on so I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get all six in but 2, 3 and 4 were better than I expected. 6 was really hard. I wasn't sure I was going to make it, especially finishing into a head-wind.
