Weather was amazing. Aerobically this run felt great. Pretty sure I'm dealing with some Metatarsalgia in both feet and Peroneal tendonitis in my left foot again. That, plus the blisters that I mysteriously started developing late into the run (perhaps to do with the socks) made this run very mediocre quality-wise. I have switched back to running more in the Adrenalines with my orthotics to see if I can help curb some of the Metatarsalgia, but I think that might be making things worse.
