Awesome run. I snuck out of work early after finishing some stuff up to try to beat the storms and the heat. I ended up getting rained on for about 5 minutes, but that was kind of awesome. I went watch-less but I was in the low/mid 7's easily and the pace felt easy and smooth. So nice to have a run like this after a hot and slow week. My best week in a long time.
