3 mile warmup w/3x30s strides. 8x hill sprints on Murphy. Cooldown.
Legs felt great today. Felt like I had more pop from the get-go than I have had in several weeks. Odd, but sometimes strapping on a light pair of shoes that I don't wear a lot can help with that. Starting out the hill sprints I felt like I had 9-10 in me, but I started feeling it a lot on 6 and just decided that 8 was enough today. Regardless, I was really happy with them and overall how I felt on this run.
