4x1 mile @6:40ish with 60s jog between. Then 2x60s FAST with 2:00 jog between.
This was tough today. It was humid and really windy with the front coming in tonight. I was running into a headwind at the worst part of centennial too, going up the small hill. However, I still felt pretty good overall, and finished the last two intervals well ahead of scheduled pace. The 2 fast 60s intervals were HARD. My legs felt like jelly. I had to walk the 2:00 minute break between them as there was no way I could have jogged that.
I could tell I was worn out during the cool down. Still a good workout all things considered.
