5x3:00 on/1:00 off. This was a humbling workout. I think I was expecting to do about 6-7 and get into the upper 5:00s. I started out about as I wanted to, but I got worn out pretty quickly. Had to walk between the last two, and thought about calling it after 4, but I decided to muscle through the last one.
The 1:00 rest felt insanely short on these. I probably should have either gone with 1:30 rest or done 2:00 on/1:00 off. It was humid, but I still felt like I should have more than this.
