Brutal. Plan was 4-5 800s, but I knew after the first that wasn't going to happen. I modified to 400s, but could barely eek out 3 more of those. It was a host of things. Two nights of bad sleep, maybe a little cumulative fatigue, and then I really underestimated the hill starting out. I probably should have started closer to 7:30 pace. I was completely gassed after the first one. I felt tired from the get go with this one so I guess I shouldn't be surprised by the result.
