4 sets of 5x200m. 30ish sec of rest between each interval and 200m of walk/jog between sets.

Pretty good workout. The pace felt pretty manageable for the most part. I did start to get tired on the third set. I had to really focus on the last set and push through some pretty hard breathing and dead legs.
