8x800 w/90s rest between. Overall a good workout. The first couple of intervals felt pretty fast and I had trouble settling into the pace. The third and fourth interval felt smoother and more in control. The NE stretch was definitely the toughest with the climb. I was pretty tired after 6 but wanted to get all 8 in. The last one was especially tough.
