1 mile warmup; 2:00 on/1:00 off mostly. I did 7 intervals, then jogged up the hills on Trousdale to Overton. I just didn't have enough to charge up those hills. I did one more interval on Overton after that extended jog, and called it after that. I probably could have toughed out another one on Oakley, but I was breathing pretty hard, and just didn't want to push myself too much.

I woke up with my right leg hurting near my hip flexor, which is kind of a new thing for me. I also had some cumulative soreness built up, mainly calf/achilles and some shin splints. None of that really bothered me once I got warmed up which was good. I have been having some intermittent knee pain, especially my right, that I'm feeling after runs. It hurts for about 15-30 minutes post-run then stops. I'm not really sure what is causing that, but I will keep an eye on it over the next couple of weeks.

This is one of my best weeks in a while. I feel like I'm right on the verge of being in good race shape. If I can get another 2-3 good weeks in, I think I will be able to hit some races pretty confidently.
