50k of soft single track through the woods and up and over a mountain, and back. Total concentration on the trail underfoot all the way. 10 people set out to run the group run, I believe only 3 people actually completed the full distance (with one of those tacking on 9 miles before and after the run to bring his run to a staggering 50 miles)
Elevation Gain: 12,365 ft
Elevation Loss: 12,316 ft
Cripes we did a lot of non running in there - actually out there for 8 hours 31 minutes, of which 6:44 were actually spent moving!
Adjusted average moving pace: 12:38
