An eventful milestone run - officially hit 400 miles plus of running in the VFF Bikilas, coupled that with my last run with the Charlotte Meetup Runners' Group.
Finally hit the 5k mark with 21 minutes on the clock and started to slack off after that having reached my long sought after goal, then got the momentum back up and the drive to chase down Terri and SideShowJesus. They smoked me, but I ran a P-Stone 4.5 miler personal best by over a minute. Never could have fathomed I'd ever run that fast.
Charlotte Runners, I love you! I'm going to miss you all so much.
