Had a big eating/cheat day yesterday so I bumped up some lbs
Dense Strength day
10xincline/minute with slant squat rest
2 sets at 205, but it felt heavy
7 sets of 155.@ 3 reps
10x 2 pull-ups/ min with. Rest of incline fly, curl hang and Inc curl
10 sets of sled push up driveway
Diet plan this week is aim for a fast tomorrow then low carb rest of the weekdays.
