Notes

The Three Friends Hill is about 0.18 miles. I did 10 x that hill and a jog back down for recovery in 4-minute cycles: about 1:20-1:30 going up, and about 2:30 coming down (whatever was left from going up, to four minutes). This is an actual hill, and this was a good first workout there, although I probably could have run a bit harder on the early ones. Last one was 1:18. Did a half mile up, and about 3/4 down to get to 5.0 miles. Pretty good, we'll see how I feel tomorrow after true hill work. Generally, a really good find.
