Ran 10 or 11 x "200 meters." ... The Taravella track was closed and I couldn't find a way in, so I paced off 210-220 steps over a long stretch in the school parking lot. It wasn't ideal, but I ran them pretty hard. Time was between 46 and 51 seconds, most in the 49-51 range. This is sub-7:00 pace, which obviously can't be sustained for a 5K at this point. Decent workout. Not great, but did some reasonably hard work that was on the schedule. Run distance might be a little low, but it includes a mile warmup, less down and jogs in between.
