Notes
Was neither great nor terrible. Ran through the first mile in 7:33, and the second in 15:03, and was doing OK, but then tweaked my calf about a half mile from the finish...kind of backed off and ran gingerly on it for a minute, but then was OK and finished OK. I'm still not getting my legs to catch up with my respiration. If you would have asked me in October whether running 23:46 on Feb. 6 be OK, I would have said yes, but I was mildly disappointed. Calf thing didn't help.
