Notes

1.5 miles up and down. 4 x 965: 4:11, 4:12, 4:06, 3:59. Pretty windy on one stretch. Excellent workout. Another little calf tweak, but just ran right through it and it was a non-issue. This benchmark workout fastest by far, and really a good sign. Very happy with this one.
