Completely non-stop, 4 miles, down in the lower 9s for part of it. Took Advil before run, not after. Best run since the Corporate Run and the ankle issues, hence the high quality I gave this. Not perfect, but getting better. Off for golf on Tuesday, so ankle gets a day. Generally a good day.
