This run was a total 180 from my run Monday...it was DEFINITELY some lactic acid release going on the other day...WOW. No pain today, at one point my left knee felt a little cranky but it went right away. Breathing was about the same as it has been...not optimal and I can tell I'm not in shape, but getting there. With just a week or two of training, I've already noticed improvement in my breathing.

This run could have been better though. It just didn't feel 100% good for some reason. I'm probably expecting too much too fast again, so I need to ease up the pressure on myself and just let it go. I wanted to push to 4 miles today but I had to remember this is only the second week I've even been running consistently in the last few weeks so I need to step back in - not rush too fast. Next week I'll add one 4 mile run instead of a 3 on one day and see how it goes.
