AWESOME run! Yay!
It wasn't raining when I first started but I had checked the radar and knew it would start sometime during my run, just didn't know when or how bad it would be. Anyways, it started at about mile 1, so I just kept going. I went onto the track and ran 1.7 miles there to go along with the 1.8 I ran on my Quick Fens route. Got soaked, but after you pass the threshold, it doesn't really matter. There was another runner doing speed work and a whole softball game going on and an old lady walking around the track under an umbrella so I wasn't the only crazy out there!
Loved it though. Knees hurt a little in the beginning but quickly forgot all about them. Muscles excellent, feel SO good right now, it's awesome!
