Snow and Ice everywhere!
A bumpy, slippery surface makes for both an exciting and dangerous run...had to take it easy, would have most definitely been in the nines if it weren't for my running surface (think a inch of compacted snow with ice beneath it).
Brought the beau, he did well up until the 1.5 mile mark, I broke off and did another 0.5 to make my run a full 4. He ran the last 1.5 home with me though. Good sport!
Felt great, could have gone for hours it felt like.
Effort is a 3 because of the snow.
