Had a SUPER heavy dinner at the Smokn' Pig BBQ in Valdosta and I hadn't run all week long during my Southern GA vacation. So it was time to step it up (literally) and get by butt on the road for some miles.
I would have punched out a few more but it got dark which means danger (no street lamps there!) and endless in-your-face bugs (they come out once the heat is gone). It's kind of hard to run when you can't breath because you're keeping your mouth partly closed to avoid sucking in a giant bug...
