Notes
Uck. My runs home from work are always so terrible. I don't even run them because I enjoy them. I run them because 1. it's getting me home from work and 2. it gets a run in (somewhat) easily for the week without much planning or special attention.
I'm always tried. My legs feel like lead bricks. I'm usually dehydrated and under-fed. I seem to be gasping for air with an unusual need for stoplight breaks.
These runs basically suck. But I do them anyways. And once I'm home, the terror of the run is already gone, so I go back for more the next week....whatevs.
