Doesn't get much better than this!
A little nippy in the start, but got more comfortable as I warmed up.
No aches, pains or other miscellaneous bothers. Felt great!
Now I just need to pick a race and train for it!
Tried looking for a decent 1/2 sometime in the next 4 months and there is really NOTHING around. There were about 2-3 I was interested in - but they ALL happened to fall on my ON weekend for work. SUPER bummed. The others are all small and kind of boring. I'd have more fun and excitement running a 13.1 around the Charles River than going to some east bum town in CT or RI for a 1/2 m. Poo.
